Hi, my name is Ray Valentin
My journey
In 2012, I was running a fine art gallery. I was trying to do too many things at once; I was running out of capital, and the business was failing. To save money, I stopped paying someone to clean the gallery windows and started doing them myself. Before long, I was cleaning other storefronts and had a window-cleaning side business. I never imagined it would become my career all these years later.
Oddly enough, the transition from artist and gallery owner to window cleaner felt natural. The same discipline it takes to master a craft as an artist, and the operational mindset required to run a gallery, became the foundation for mastering a new craft and building a new business.
My business philosophy
Do fewer things, do them exceptionally well, and always put people first.
